Frank P. Brennan

Frank P. Brennan, is an accomplished attorney admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars with more than 20 years of general civil and insurance fraud litigation experience representing those injured in complex personal injury cases including motor vehicle / trucking collisions; traumatic brain injuries; premise liability; medical malpractice; products liability; construction workplace injuries;  professional  malpractice;  and representing healthcare providers in various managed care fraud/disputes with insurance carriers.  He currently is Chair of the PIP Litigation Department at Flynn & Associates, P.C.

A native of Pennsylvania, Mr. Brennan received his undergraduate degree from Stockton State College. In 1995 he received his Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers School of Law, Camden. Since then he has spent years sharpening his courtroom skills. Mr. Brennan also has great experience in all forms of alternative dispute resolution. He has successfully participated in numerous mediations and arbitrations, which have resulted in substantial settlements for his clients.
Mr. Brennan is admitted to practice before the New Jersey State Bar, United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
