Kenneth William Thayer is a trial attorney with 20 plus years of civil law experience. Mr. Thayer has represented both plaintiffs and defendants during career. Mr. Thayer currently represents individuals exclusively in the areas of personal injury, workers’ compensation, products liability, and vaccine injury claims. 

Mr. Thayer was born and raised in New York State. He graduated with honors from Providence College in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with a Minor Degree in Business Administration.  In 1996 Mr. Thayer received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.

Mr. Thayer is a current member of the state bars of New Jersey and Arizona. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court; United States District Court District of New Jersey; and the United States Court of Federal Claims. Mr. Thayer also sits as a Certified Civil Arbitrator in the Mercer County Superior Court Civil Division. 

Mr. Thayer also holds membership with the New Jersey Bar Association; Mercer County Bar Association; New Jersey Association for Justice; and the Mercer County American Inn of Court.

Beyond the Practice of Law

Mr. Thayer is a resident of Millstone, NJ and looks forward to the time he is able to spend with his family.  He is an avid mountain biker and snowboarder since his teens. He also enjoys volunteering his time as a coach for both the Vincent J. Apruzzese High School Mock Trial Competition and the Princeton & Millstone Little League Baseball Organizations.
